“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “We brought our 2 year old here for overall wellness and consultation for his runny nose and cough (the constant battles moms have to face). I appreciate how kid friendly they are here. The herbal pediatrician and the receptionist are so kind and sweet. I found the consultation very insightful where she checked inside of his ears and nose. They offer wide range of herbal meds so it's really up to you on what you want to purchase. We decided to get the treatment that involves acupressure points, moxa & ear/nose/throat respiratory treatment for my son. We also bought the external medicine kit that includes nasal spray, nose ointment, and mouth spray + 5 days of herbal meds for his symptoms. I know that colds and flu are unavoidable, but we hope that treatments and herbal meds can relieve the symptoms~“

“Dr. O Patel and her assist Daniel are very good professionals they listen to the patients concerns and have done an outstanding job on my left 2nd 3rd toes nails. The tech cut out the old nail growing out wrong due to severe trauma of both toe nails. Bith nails grew back, and the next visit, the tech trimmed n filed my toe nails. They also treated my athletes' feet and gave me some medicated cream for my feet. I was told how to correctly care for my feet, change socks daily, n wear shoes every 2 days for proper ventilation. They have bedside manners and are passionate about treating their patients. I rate them 5 stars.“

“Dr. Grubbs is a great Dr. And was very helpful as well as his staff I was seen right away with my appointment even though Dr was a bit late. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.. To be honest idk how can people be so rude to someone that is trying to help them. I wouldn't put up with some of the rude sick people that come in and expect not to wait and demand to be seen right away.. I felt sorry for the poor receptionist she is always helpful with my kids and other people can be so rude. But overall they are always so helpful. Definitely recommend and they do walk ins.“

“My son has been seeing Dr. Xuanto Leduc for the past 16 years since he was born. She watched him grow and has been caring for his health all these years. He likes & respected her like his own aunty. When he reaches his teen, and all the hormones changes, his face was full of pimples. Dr. Leduc treated his achne problem & an inhouse estethecian monitor his progress & he had a few facials there. And not long he has his clear complexion back. The front & back office staffs are very nice to us. Yes sometimes we do have to wait but it all worth it. That is because, Dr. Leduc never rush through any patients, sometimes the little ones takes up more time....its understandable. A good doctor is priceless I highly recommend her.“

Understandable because they have to go through a lot of patients but most will just pump you with a steroid and get you out the door.“

“I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country. Many thanks to Dr. Andrade, Nurse Monica G, Stephanie Pech, Dr. Thompson, and especially Dr. Nguyen for making navigating the health care process so much easier than anywhere I've ever been. I was previously having some scheduling issues with MemorialCare, but they have a new app that is extremely helpful to allow you to book with providers any time.
