She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. My daughters have been going here since they were born and they are now 13 and 17. We love our girls’ pediatricians past and present (Dr. Ghafouri and Sherman). All staff has been pleasant, flexible, very caring, and most of all competent… and the office is pristine. All this to say I wouldn’t judge the entire office by this seemingly one problematic receptionist. Hope this helps anyone looking for a new pediatrician.”
