“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to give credit where it is due. Thank you Stephanie!“

The front desk staff were amazing very friendly, helpful and welcoming. My PCP doctor Madhuri Garg was equally wonderful, taking the time to listen carefully and making sure all my concerns were addressed. The waiting area was clean, kid-friendly, and the check-in process was well-organized. Rowena was a wonderfully welcoming nurse who established trustworthiness with my daughter.

He, as all as other medical staff I see here, seems pushed to get through the visit timely. This could just be our perception. Daisy was great!“

“Receptionists are cheerful and welcoming. Easy to schedule appt. The PT I requested ( Lindsay) is excellent. She is very knowleageable, and had a personalized plan for my pain. Very courteous and kind, made sure I was comfortable .She even printed out the exercises for my guidance and enabled me to do them at home on my own. I will continue to follow her plan, and confident that I will gradually be again w/out pain. 5 star!“

We were looking for someone who was close to us, thorough and detail oriented, knowledgeable and experienced, and possessing a kind and engaging bedside manner. Dr. Jim is all of those things! He takes plenty of time to listen to and address all of our concerns and then asks us important questions about possibilities we had never even considered. We really appreciate that we are talking to an obvious expert who is actively drawing upon his years of experience to help us. “I don’t understand the negative reviews, so can only speak to my experience. I have never had an issue with the office, or the doctors. My daughters have been going here since they were born and they are now 13 and 17. We love our girls’ pediatricians past and present (Dr. Ghafouri and Sherman). All staff has been pleasant, flexible, very caring, and most of all competent… and the office is pristine. All this to say I wouldn’t judge the entire office by this seemingly one problematic receptionist. Hope this helps anyone looking for a new pediatrician.“
