The pediatricians, Dr Rick and Melanie are so incredible. I have been visiting this practice for about 10 years with all three of my kids. The administration team on the other hand has a very grumpy woman that absolutely cannot be bothered to do her job, her telephone etiquette is atrocious. Literally she is the only person in the entire practice that makes me want to have another PCP for my kids. Reyna is fantastic, if you ever have questions or need help ask for her, the other administrator Luz, is so unkind and unapproachable.
