One star just to leave a review. Very unprofessional customer service. Trying to schedule an appointment takes more than 30 minutes on hold. Then someone picks up, and they say let me check the availability appointments, and then they put me on hold for 10 minutes. They need training on how to schedule appointments. This place needs new management asap!

The doctors here are dedicated to give you best care, but the administration is terrible. I scheduled a physical, but they didn't provide a CBC order. Despite multiple calls, my physician didn't receive the message for the order. Front desk staff always have excuses. Wouldn't recommend and I am changing my primary care doctor due to the staff.

The worst clinic ever phone lines are horrible they can never answer a call I've waited 2hrs in line just for them to hang up on me on top of that the nurses are rude seems that they hate working here or they just don't like their job

Eisner Health Lynwood provides medical and dental care for the entire family. A case manager works in the clinic to help you with your nonmedical needs. Our OB/Gyns are here to help you. They also deliver babies at nearby MLK Jr. Community Hospital. We offer monthly classes to teach expecting families about prenatal and baby care. We also have certified lactation staff to help new mothers with breastfeeding. Our friendly staff is available to help you with enrollment and referrals.
