The staff is always so kind and on top of scheduling for us. I've been seeing Doctor Neely since boys were small and I appreciate the care and professionalism she brings to every visit. She's the best !
Everything was great until they told me I couldn't bring in the stroller which is crazy since they have infant patients, it's like going to my hematologist and then not allowing the old folks to bring canes, walkers or what not, it's such a problem that I now have to change doctors because I have scoliosis and can't carry everything that whole time,I suffer from back pain everyday and carrying everything wasn't a option so had to have nurses help which is ridiculous because that's not their job, wish I could keep this doctor because everything else was awesome..
