I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country. “I've been bringing my boys Here for 6years now. I love how Doctor is so helpful with all my sons needs , she takes her time and makes sure to answer all my questions and my boys too. I have a 5 year old who has autism and Dr. Sultana as well as her staff are always so careful and caring with him. Tiffany is great my baby has a hard time with people but she always is so kind to him and always gets his injections done fast, it's always easy for me to call and and get my boys scheduled. I really appreciate Doctor Sultana and Tiffany for everything they do.“

“My first time here and even though i was in the worse condition with my health i saw how everything was flowing in this location. first i came without a appointment which took a while obviously but even so it was very fast i was in and out within an hour. The older Dr is extremely kind and helpful he saw that i wasn’t looking too good and he immediately asked for me to get 2 shots and got me my medicine. Really great service. Nurses are great people“

“Great health care. Friendly nurses, doctors and staff. Large waiting area, usually not a long check in wait either. Doctor's listen and allow the proper amount of time with each patient. They advertise a specialized doctor for the disabled kids and adults. Pharmacy located inside the clinic and a dental office too.“
