I’m commenting based off the most recent review. I was sitting there waiting for my appt while this lady was screaming at staff. The staff only asked her to wear a mask and that is when she started yelling very rudely and calling them communists. I believe the lady sitting next to her (her mother) was the patient that day not her. The manager handled it well, they gave her options to wear a shield if she didn’t want to wear a mask or step outside while they treated her mother. She refused and acted like a child throwing a tantrum.

First and foremost I am the queen of last minute appointments! One phone call and I'm in the very same day if not the same week. Medical and dental staff are all amazing! Clean facilities and rooms which I love. From front desk, to the MA, & physicians... I always receive great customer service and care. Definitely recommend!

This is by far the best clinic central city has to offer. The management staff here has done an excellent job. The reason I say that is your greeted warmly, not with attitude or rude comments. Alex and Julie were able to get me an appointment , as well as explain why they do certain appointments certain ways. Lupe is just on top of her game making sure every one gets a appointment follow up phone call. Making sure her staff is performing to standard with fantastic customer service. Also the whole dental department at this location is 5 star. This place makes you want to.come.to the doctor/Dentist.
