I drove 45 minutes to this office because it was the primary care provider my insurance assigned me. I came in as a new patient with a legitimate knee injury and needed help with treatment options and an orthopedic referral. Instead, I felt judged and treated like I was seeking pain medication, even though I never asked for any. I left without the practical guidance or support I needed.
Just because your facility is in a rough area does not mean every patient who walks through the door should be stereotyped or treated without respect.

I understand healthcare settings can be very busy, but the coordination between staff at this location seems to cause frequent delays and confusion. Appointment times often don’t feel well managed, and communication at the front desk could be improved.

I’m commenting based off the most recent review. I was sitting there waiting for my appt while this lady was screaming at staff. The staff only asked her to wear a mask and that is when she started yelling very rudely and calling them communists. I believe the lady sitting next to her (her mother) was the patient that day not her. The manager handled it well, they gave her options to wear a shield if she didn’t want to wear a mask or step outside while they treated her mother. She refused and acted like a child throwing a tantrum.
