“We brought our 2 year old here for overall wellness and consultation for his runny nose and cough (the constant battles moms have to face). I appreciate how kid friendly they are here. The herbal pediatrician and the receptionist are so kind and sweet. I found the consultation very insightful where she checked inside of his ears and nose. They offer wide range of herbal meds so it's really up to you on what you want to purchase. We decided to get the treatment that involves acupressure points, moxa & ear/nose/throat respiratory treatment for my son. We also bought the external medicine kit that includes nasal spray, nose ointment, and mouth spray + 5 days of herbal meds for his symptoms. I know that colds and flu are unavoidable, but we hope that treatments and herbal meds can relieve the symptoms~“
“Dr. Chen has been my doctor ever since I was a newborn. He was my main physician but too bad I'm almost 20 years old and he only sees newborns to children to teens and I can't find the same doctor as he was. I hope I can find a family doctor similar to his experiences! He is a good doctor with over 30 years old of experience. He was my sibling's doctor too. His physician assistant is very friendly and we built a relationship with her ever since. She also speaks various languages such as Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Since there are only two people (him and his PA) sometimes you wait at least 30 mins before you can see him.“

“I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. “Dr. Grubbs is a great Dr. And was very helpful as well as his staff I was seen right away with my appointment even though Dr was a bit late. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.. To be honest idk how can people be so rude to someone that is trying to help them. I wouldn't put up with some of the rude sick people that come in and expect not to wait and demand to be seen right away.. I felt sorry for the poor receptionist she is always helpful with my kids and other people can be so rude. But overall they are always so helpful. Definitely recommend and they do walk ins.“
“I've been bringing my boys Here for 6years now. I love how Doctor is so helpful with all my sons needs , she takes her time and makes sure to answer all my questions and my boys too. I have a 5 year old who has autism and Dr. Sultana as well as her staff are always so careful and caring with him. Tiffany is great my baby has a hard time with people but she always is so kind to him and always gets his injections done fast, it's always easy for me to call and and get my boys scheduled. “I had the opportunity to work at this facility for a week while I completed my phlebotomy externship. The stuff was all so nice and welcoming. They helped me with anything I needed and they all were so encouraging, uplifting, and friendly. I witnessed everyone first hand work with patients and I was so impressed at how fast and efficient they were with everyone. They not only build personal relationships with their patients but they genuinely cared about their heath and well being. They patients would come in daily excited to see all the staff and they would all engage in conversations like no time had passed since their pervious appointment. Everyone worked so well together as well. They communicated constantly making sure their patients were getting the best care and making sure all their needs were being met. Even during the busy rush of the mornings, everyone seemed to stay on task and get all their patients out in a timely manner. The overall workspace moral was top tier in my book. I have absolutely no complaints. It was a pleasure to work with everyone in this office. Thank you everyone for all your guidance and words of encouragement for the future. Special thanks to Fernando, I worked side by side with him in the lab and he help me perfect my technique as a phlebotomist. I'm definitely ready to enter into the field with confidence knowing I had a great mentor.“
“I have been coming to this clinic for 6 years and the waiting time for an appointment is 10 minutes. I love it because whenever I call they have appointments available as soon as possible and even on the same day. It is always clean and the only thing I don't like is the attitude of an assistant who works there whose name is Mayra. I think that girl passed her class in a bad way or it wasn't the day the class was about patient privacy... I think that You should go again and take that class. .“

“The quality of care here is top tier. I have never in my life met a Dr such as Dr Kathy Wilson she showed an exceptional amount of integrity , sincerity , kindness compassion and empathy for me as a patient. She was extremely transparent and clearly articulated the results of her exam with me. The receptionist and nursing staff were all virtuous , respectful and helpful. Even the security guard outside offered me a seat while I was waiting for a ride and held the door open for a woman with a stroller. (That was highly impressive.) Overall, I appreciate how well I was treated and thought women or anyone searching for a kind and caring obgyn / gynecologist who is also an exceptional listener should visit. I was dually impressed with how well the staff assisted a young patient that was accompanied by a hearing impaired adult . The accommodations for differently abled people in the building is commendable. Also though this may be slightly off topic , I would like to recommend placing large font subtitles on the TV's in the pediatric waiting rooms as a means of assisting young learners with the challenges of reading.“

“Best doctors ever Mr. Kpaduwa delivered my two premature babies and my third one I had gestational diabetes. Wouldn't go anywhere else any other doctor would have said C-section for my premies but this dr understood heard me and developed the best plan of care for a safe quick regular delivery. My babies then received exceptional care by Mrs. Kpaduwa who continues to provide us with the best care. She is thorough and always gets the infections under control even after going to the hospital and them not getting it right. Thank you both for the high level of care. Annie is also the best always listens and goes through every question thoroughly. The ladies Anita and the rest of the nursing staff are also a pleasure. I am glad this office takes I'm walk ins makes it easier to get your children good quality care than to take them to urgent care and waste your money.
