I called 5 star 6/20. I spoke with Daniel I explained to him that we weren’t getting hot water. It was late afternoon. We made an appt for the next day which was Sun.Father’s Day to take a look at it. He said that was not a problem at all.
Daniel and his dad both came out and thoroughly inspected everything.
They were very polite and so helpful.
Daniel had reassured me that if we have to call the manufacturer, not to worry. It was under warranty and that he would make the call with me. Which I thought was so very nice of him.
(My husband was just home from the hospital and on oxygen. I think he could tell I was nervous.)

Our water heater started leaking in our garage, and Five Star showed up within an hour to assess the situation. Our water heater was from 1991 (!!) and was due to be replaced. They worked all night taking care of this for us. Can't thank them enough for their quick response and high quality work! Highly recommend.
The service was great. We had them replace an electric water heater at our business. They worked on the same evening we called to avoid disruption of service to our customers. The price was reasonable. We called and they answered right away. No wait time. They called us the next day to follow up on the heater. I would recommend their service to anyone.
