“We had service repair through our home warranty with Harris Plumbing. The phone operators were easy to chat with and kept us updated. The company sends you their GPS so you do have an idea when they are near & even then Randy, our technician, also kept us updated. Randy is great. Instead of selling a full water heater replacement, he determined the issue, ordered the parts, and came back in days fixing our water heater. I'm glad our home warranty covered his service, we ended up only needing to pay $85. I appreciate he was transparent about the issues & solution. He was friendly and respectful. I would definitely reach out to them again & request Randy with any future issues, home warranty covered or not. Thanks for your help!“
