We were having issues with our Rheem Tankless water heater. Heater was only 5 years old but kept getting error codes. Gave HotCo a call and Chris came over to take a look. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to look at water heater. After finding the issue, he recommended some parts to order. He even gave me a few pointers on how to maintain the unit. Good to know that I can contact him if any further issues arise. Excellent service and very professional.
We received excellent service from Mathieu. Our call was answered immediately, and we were able to get on the schedule first thing in the morning. He explained everything and it was repaired under an hour, then had nice HOT water within 30 minutes. Great company and great service.
I had no hot water for a week after dealing with a plumbing Co. referred by my home warranty. After 1 week, this company said it will be 4 to 5 weeks for a part. I called The HotWater Heater company on a Friday afternoon. They came out that afternoon and said I did not need the part. They thoroughly cleaned out my water heater, and it works perfect. I can not say enough good things from the 1st phone call to the office to Chris coming out and explaining everything and fixing the problem. What a relief. You never know how much you enjoy hot water until you have none.
