I called Hotco Hot Water Heater Company to schedule a service for our tankless hot water heater. I spoke with Mat who was very informative, friendly & professional. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation. He arrived the next day on time & explained in detail the work he would be performing. I asked a few more questions and Mat explained in detail the operation of the hot water heater, how it worked and why it needed regular service. He also noted that the flu to the tankless hot water heater had been routed through the old galvanized pipe but that it didn’t exit to the roof properly.
