Charlie is my hero! He answered my call after midnight. Sent a great guy(Kevin) to fix our plumbing emergency! We are so grateful for his excellent customer service and quick response time. We highly recommend Whest Koast plumbing!
Whest Koast Plumbing helped me out with a sink back up I had in my house on a Saturday after another plumbing company had cancelled. Joe the service technician was very thorough and resolved the issue timely. The owner was so nice to squeeze me in and I would highly recommend this company
We had a plumbing leak outside our home. I called on a Sunday evening and got helpful info from the owner of the company over the phone, I was able to schedule a next day appointment and the issue was fixed by noon on Monday. The technicians, Kevin who started the work and Joe who completed the repair after the leak was located, were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service all the way around. I hope I don't have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I will certainly use Whest Koast again.
