I called Dan to get a 2nd opinion of a job done by a major Sacramento firm...one that has lot's of trucks running around with young "technicians" (not plumbers) eager to upsell products and services! I had a Water Heater issue that was NOT resolved by the prior Technician, and was even worse when he left! The young man created a short when he was testing the current to the heater, and didn't bother to check if any damage occurred to any other parts of the system. As it turned out, the fuses in the Disconnect Box fried, thus restricting current to the heater. We ended up with NO hot water when the original problem was a short supply of hot water!
