“To start, this is NOT a fake positive review since it was brought up in a recent post. I've been coming here for years and get good service from all staff I've encountered including the Optometrist Dr. Brooks. Today that changed, I received stellar VIP service from the receptionist and the Optician Tech (Bryce). A lens came out of my frame and I knew all the super glue in the world was not going to fix it. I walked in this afternoon and let the receptionist know I was in a jam due to a company wide business meeting this Monday. She promised to have Bryce work me in, he was a bit jammed right after lunch but he did get to them pretty fast considering is other demands and fixed them right up. I will continue to come to this office even though it's a bit of a drive because of service like I received today.“
