Great customer service !!! This is my place for eyeglasses from mow on. I went in to have my husband’s glasses fixed expecting to drop them off and pay around a hundred when done.
Pleasant surprise - a nice, very professional young man told me to wait a few minutes, and in less than 10 min he fixed the glasses, replaced the nose pads, cleansed them in their ultrasonic and handed me the fixed and cleaned glasses in a new pouch - for FREE ! And the glasses weren’t even made by them in the first place. Who does that anymore !!! Very impressed. If you wanna be taken care of use this store in Roseville right across from the Galleria.

I bought glasses a month ago. Yesterday they fixed a scratch and even replaced the frames because both screws wouldn't stay in. I'm really stunned, in a good way, by the service at this location.

I have to leave a review for Ryder!! I went in for an eye exam with my two year-old and my four month old, I know brave, but I didn’t have any other options for childcare and definitely needed my vision checked. Ryder was so sweet, professional and patient!! I felt like we were at the three ring circus, and he acted un phased!!! He was so sweet to my kids, keeping them entertained with making faces and moving his hands around being silly- while I had my eyes in machines. Seriously so grateful! And the manager Piero helped us with check out and also had incredible customer service. I worked as a retail manager for a long time so customer service is HUGE to me.. these...read full review
