“my mother-in-law is in a care facility on hospice. her glasses ended up on the floor and stepped on by a worker. i went there to get nose pads because one was missing. the worker asked for the glasses and disappeared. in a short while, she returned with the glasses repaired. i asked how much i owed and was told nothing. i was "blown away." as i was waiting, i noticed how polite and friendly the workers were. i do not understand how anyone could give them a bad review---yes i can, i used to work with the public“
