Eye Designs Optometry

In the realm of spending money, you have choices. Where to eat, shop, and get professional services. Sometimes these experiences are good, sometimes not, and sometimes, though sadly, and very rare, they are excellent. 'Above and Beyond' is what one might say.

My recent, and first time visit to Eye Designs Optometry in Roseville falls in the latter… it was just excellent.

I was incredibly impressed with my experience at Eye Design Roseville. Dr. Herr gave me one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever had. She took the time to explain the images of my eyes, what I was looking at, and the health of each area in a way no one had ever done before.
Her background in vision rehabilitation really shows. She was knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally thorough, and she was very complimentary of the work done by my cataract surgeon. She also identified some dry eye irritation I wasn’t even aware of and explained why consistent lubrication is so important.

Just wanted to give Edgar and the crew a big shoutout! Everyone was super super friendly, knowledgeable and showed a ton of hospitality. Edgar helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses. His personality made it go from an ordinary appointment to getting glasses, to a genuine friend really wanting to help in the best way possible. Even when the day came to pick up the glasses. He immediately greeted me. We had a great conversation. He asked me how work was. Made a few jokes. That just shows it’s more than just selling glasses but to actually build relationships with their customers and going above and beyond also. Service like this makes you want to go back!
