Dr. Chan is amazing and the best optometrist I've been to. The problem with this business is the secretary/receptionist. She was nothing but rude and disrespectful as soon as I had an issue with my contacts she had a huge attitude problem. Made me feel like I was the problem and she was just rude! Love Dr Chan but this might be enough reason to take business elsewhere
Dr. Chan is an excellent doctor. My family and I have been his patients since he opened his practice. Two years ago, I suffered from severe dry eyes that was so painful I couldn’t open both eyes. Dr. Chan immediately put me on a daily regime that I continue to practice and haven’t had dry eyes since. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Chan. He’s patient, super smart, and takes really great care of his patients.
Amazing place, service & doctor! They are warm and friendly and have been in this location over 30 years. I really appreciated their Covid and sanitizing procedures and felt very safe during my visit.
