Juan was able to drop by after hrs as this heat wave kept everyone busy, keeping 1-2 weeks to get anyone to visit. 5-star service from an honest man with principles, a rare find nowadays!
This small business is a HIDDEN gem in Lakewood. This morning I woke up to a freezing house. My heater was blowing cold air only. I called and Jerry answered the phone. I had to leave a message, but he called me back within an hour. He was able to come over the same day, within 45 minutes. He assessed the problem and told me my flame sensor had corrosion on it. He said it didn't need to be replaced, just cleaned. He cleaned the corrosion off with a little sand paper and my heater was like new again. Most places would have made me replace the part. Owner Jerry Salmon is the only employee and has been doing HVAC work before air was invented! He installed a Carrier system for us about 10 years ago and had worked on the old system prior to that. He was out today to fix a slipped PVC line carrying condensate away from the system. Called him yesterday (Sunday) at 4pm. Replied by 6pm and was here next day 1pm during the summer heat.
