Can I give 10 stars to this company? My husband and I recently bought a new home a few months ago, and when we went to use the air-conditioning, it did not work. As you can imagine, as a new home owner, most all of our money was tied up in the purchase of the home and we were expecting the air-conditioning to work since it had previously passed inspection. I tried using our home warranty, but they gave me every reason under the sun not to cover it.
