Can I give 10 stars to this company? My husband and I recently bought a new home a few months ago, and when we went to use the air-conditioning, it did not work. As you can imagine, as a new home owner, most all of our money was tied up in the purchase of the home and we were expecting the air-conditioning to work since it had previously passed inspection. I tried using our home warranty, but they gave me every reason under the sun not to cover it. Just finished an install with Airtime at our Airbnb property in Long Beach and could not be more pleased with their service and professionalism. Managing major appliance issues from out of state is always an issue so I appreciated working with the owner Kyle on getting to the property quickly, assessing the issue via FaceTime and images and then moving forward with a replacement plan.
The install team was fast and efficient and the team even made extra efforts to FaceTime for the final walk through.
I would highly recommend this company based on clear and consistent communication, professional sales and install, and a great customer experience all around
Air Time HVAC installed a ductless Mini split for my grandma at her house. Juan the owner came out and sized the unit and went over everything that was involved with the installation. On the day of the install he and another installer came out and installed it in one day. Both were very professional and thorough. I recommend Air Time HVAC for any Air Conditioning service, you will not be disappointed. I give my experience 5 stars
