“We found Joseph through Google and we've used him twice. He resolved a serious problem where our sump pump had stopped working causing water to collect and spread to multiple rooms in the house. He also blew out debris from the pipes to enable the sump pump to work properly. On time, stays until the job is done, and is just a phone call away. He returns your calls promptly and is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his work. We will definitely use him again if the need arises.“

“Robert your technician did a great job. He texted prior to arriving. He talked to me first to see what issues the unit was having. He thoroughly checked the coils/compressor,capacitor, and evap coils/unit blower. He was polite and honest in his evaluation of our system. Thank you for providing good honest service. Just to add the owner called me the day before to explain the service charge. I was ok with that because it was a total system check from a honest company that's not trying to upsell me on a new unit. Our system is old but working fine. Check your systems before any problems arise and you won't get sticker shock. Kinda like changing the oil in your car. If you don't do when your supposed to your buying a new engine. “It was both a relief and a pleasure to have Aaron and Alberto of Downey Plumbing Heating and A/C respond to my Homeserve service call for a blocked sewage line issue at my rental property. My tenants called a plumber that quoted a $3500 fee to repair alleged leaks and to cut out and replace sewer line piping because it was wet in the crawl space under the house. It turns out that the moisture under the house was evenly distributed and the result of the recent heavy rains. The line only needed to be snaked out and cost me nothing beyond my regular Homeserve monthly premium. They also gave me a clear expectation and possible cost point for replacing the galvanized piping at the property and I truly appreciated their candor and honesty. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for permanent long term repiping solutions.“

“The system that was installed and the installation service work done by Lambert Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent! The workers were very courteous and professional and got the job done within the promised time frame. And the owner himself came over after the installation to make sure everything was working properly and to make sure we didn't have any questions. I was having a little trouble connecting our new Nest thermostat to my phone app and the owner contacted Nest customer support for me and stayed until it was all set up. I was very impressed!“
