Our old heater system was getting close to the end of its service life, so I asked for an estimate for heater replacement in Lakewood. Jeff came out and walked us through several options, from basic to mid-range to high-efficiency, including both a standard furnace setup and a heat pump system. They came out on a Sunday, inspected the air conditioner during a free estimate, and even returned the same day with a portable spot cooler so my home could...read full review
I have an older Carrier Infinity furnace system, and the Infinity control needed attention. After calling several authorized dealers, this was the only company that quickly understood the furnace control issue over the phone at no charge and helped me locate the correct replacement thermostat. Jeff was very dedicated, honest, and clear about the repair process, parts, and service options. Even with a busy schedule, they arranged the first available appointment and completed the thermostat installation smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable about furnace diagnostics, control boards, and thermostat replacement, and the whole repair visit was efficient and professional....read full review
