“Kyle, the owner, replaced my home's central AC + Furnace yesterday - a 3 ton unit in La Palma. PROS: 1. He will tell you every tech detail -- calculation of AC size, airflow speed through vents, vent optimal sizes, heat-exchanger efficiency, ... VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE from engineering standpoint. 2. He added so many free items even without my asking for them just because he wanted to do an A+ job. Small things like a new 3-way plug to replace the old one he noticed (he didn't have to), 3. He went into the attic and readjusted the airflow of all 8 registers so now all rooms get uniform air instead of one room getting too much and one very little. This was not even part of his job. 4. Very polite, cooperative, hard-working (worked from 8:30am till 9:30pm to finish the job the same day), and professional. Issues estimates by email, sends updated invoices as you pay partial sums. 5. Always very responsive to text messages and voice calls. I get his replies within minutes and on the outside within an hour if he is busy. I support small businesses over large ones, and he is one such that we all ought to support. Supporting large business will make them even stronger and closer to monopolies, whereas supporting smaller ones spreads the wealth and increases competition.“

“We LOVE RPB! They are courteous and efficient. We've called them for a number of plumbing issues (clogged sinks, toilet installation, repiping, water main repair...). Tammy (the dispatcher) is on top of things and makes sure we know when to expect the technician. She is super friendly and considerate. The technicians Richie and Jason are wonderful! They're both courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They haven't tried to sell us pricey upgrades or price gouge us. I highly recommend RPB!!!“
