“Diane is the BEST trainer in the world! She is amazing in every way and I feel sooooooo lucky to have randomly found her when my son and I were taking lessons at TES located in LAEC (b/c TES was a waste of both time and money seeing as how my son and I didn't progress at all when taking lessons there). In my first lesson with Diane I literally learned and progressed more than I had in 5 lessons at TES. Me and all three of my children are now taking lessons with Diane and we are all progressing gaining confidence during each lesson with her. She is a dream and if you are considering scheduling a lesson with her don't hesitate b/c you won't regret it!!! We LOVE Diane and will probably be in training with her forever b/c there is no reason to change trainers now that we have found her!“

“What a gem! Paw Haven truly saved me over the holidays after I was searching for reliable dog care since losing our longtime dog sitter. From the moment I brought my dog in for his temperament test, I immediately felt at ease—the staff were relaxed yet incredibly professional.
My dog is a senior with diabetes, requires insulin, and is partially blind, so I was nervous leaving him for over a week with new people in a new place. The staff reassured me right away that my pup would be in great hands—and he absolutely was.

Recently, I had a family emergency and had to board my dog last minute. They were so lovely and accommodating during a very emotional and stressful time. “I love Liah's Pet Grooming. I switched dog groomers from Arts Grooming Pet and Supplies to Liahs because my dog unfortunately got pink eye after I took her for a bath and hair cut. I love how all of the workers treat the dogs kindly. Whenever I drop off or pick up, the dogs seem to be happy and at ease. They always do a superb job and pricing is affordable which is a bonus. “Our puppy has attended puppy great start class, puppy socialization and most recently beginner's tricks class. We've had great experiences with all classes with both Jacqueline and Jo Anne at la's dog trainer. The tricks class with Jo Anne was particularly great as it helped us build a training relationship with our puppy in a fun way and the tricks ended up being a bonus to a more well behaved pup. “This was the first time leaving our dogs with Rita and Matt. We’d used kennels with previous dogs and knew that we wanted a home from home this time, especially as one is really sensitive. Stella was an extremely fearful, nervous, and anxious Catahoula rescue. She used aggression to compensate for her fear of everything. Very unstable dog. The reality of the situation was that after several biting instances putting her down was a real possibility.

My research led me to Cali K9. Jas’s experience with aggressive dogs and his training methodology convinced me to spend the money, time, and effort to try to save Stella. I’m so glad I did. The results have been spectacular.

When I picked her up after the 4 week Board & Train, Stella’s trainer Devin, had her doing obedience drills I never thought possible. Same with agility drills that are designed to instill confidence and self assurance. I’m sold on agility drills for training purposes.

We are currently attending group lessons that are great for confidence building and socialization around other dogs and people. The future looks bright for Stella and me due to Jas and his team.

“This business is the best!!!!! I do NOT trust anyone with my pets, especially my cat, who is very skittish and loves being alone. Unexpectedly I had to find a place for her for 3 weeks after my apartment flooded and.I had used them before for a weekend and they were phenomenal .
I also had my friend's dog with me as I was watching him during this time as a favor as well. So I was stuck trying to find a place to board two sensitive animals at the last minute.

The moment I called, they put me at ease and made room for me. I was so relieved and grateful. Not to mention the dog had tons of space in a safe environment and they have an outdoor area for pets to relax and play. They even had lots of lounge chairs for the dogs to rest on. It's a paradise for pets that even most humans don't get to experience. I was jealous and wanted to stay there myself, haha!!

They are also extremely watchful of the animals, I observed them with other pets and knew they were in the right caring hands.

“My dog (Leo) and I had a wonderful first visit to Blue Cross. Even prior to our office visit, the initial scheduling phone call with Kay made me feel like the staff would take great care of Leo. The ladies at reception were all very friendly, and Haley was kind, calm, and personable while taking Leo's medical history. Dr. Walters was very gentle during Leo's exam, and even commented on his clean teeth (Leo thrives on compliments, so this was very much appreciated). The atmosphere in the office is very warm and upbeat, and I am very thankful for the care they showed my pup. My only wish is that I could have found Blue Cross earlier in Leo's life.“
