“Sarah provides a knowledgeable treatment that is helping me with a left knee bone compression. She made a big difference that allowed me to travel to Edinburgh for a week with no pain by strenghtening the muscles around it. I so appreciate her help.”
“Holly is great! She really knows how to critique your position and make sure you are isolating the right muscle. She was my life savor after I had a baby. I had a lot of back pain and I felt the difference after 2 meetings. Thank you Holly!!”
“My best friend wanted to try out a pilates class for her birthday. This place was near her house - we had such a fun time! We did a beginner class and the instructor (1030am class on 09/12/2026) was super nice and helpful! All the ladies in the class were nice and supportive as well. We definitely got a great workout in and I would highly recommend this studio!”
