Going to Pelvic Sanity was one of the best things I have ever done! I had no clue so much of my pain and discomfort had to do with my pelvic floor muscles. My urologist strongly recommended I start PT at Pelvic Sanity. During my first visit Nicole was able to find that my frequent urination had a lot to do with my muscles sending the wrong messages telling my brain I needed to pee. After the second visit my frequent urination decreased and the lower back pain I started having 3 months prior lessened significantly! A few more sessions and my back pain was gone. After 8 sessions the frequent urination was gone (unless I ate a food item that irritated my bladder). My quality of life has improved so much by doing pelvic floor PT with Nicole for 2 months.
