We love this place , it has been my and my wife's sanctuary for the past 7 months. Friendly staff, clean environment, great instructors . Our number one choice is Azadeh, she is the most professional and technical instructor we have tried. If you are looking for the real traditional yoga , then her classes are for you . We wish there was more classes with Azadeh during the week. Restore classes with Breezy are also awesome, she is very pleasant and friendly.

Participated in my first ever yoga class this morning in the Power Yoga session. I was offered a free trial class courtesy of my father-in-law who is a member and regular attendee. The instructor was welcoming and understanding of my level. The class was challenging, educational, and fun. I had a great experience and would do it again. Thanks!

This is a great yoga class. I really enjoyed it. It’s a Vinyasa style which is nice. Definitely you do sweat so I’d recommend bringing your own towel and the towel for the mat. It’s first time free which is great. The flow was awesome. You got a bit of a mix of like power, and Relaxation and stretching which is exactly what I was looking for great class and I would definitely come back.
