I loved seeing how closely the staff interacted with their clients—it was clear they had built a genuine sense of community. Everyone was laughing, chatting, and seemed to know each other, which made me feel comfortable and right at home from the moment I walked in.“

1631 Edinger Ave, Tustin“I have been going to FCF for over 6 years. It is the only gym I have stuck with. The small classes are great, they accommodate exercises to avoid injury and have something for everyone based on ability. I have recently had shoulder surgery and am back after 2 weeks because of their ability to accommodate me. It has become a pseudo-family for those of us who go.“

21095 Raquel Rd, Laguna Beach“This place feels like home. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease.
Everyone there takes such good care of you. They truly put their whole heart into this place.
The location is wonderful. What could be more healing than having dinner while listening to hummingbirds and enjoying the view from the dining room window?
It’s so peaceful there—so quiet. And, as I said before, it feels like home, as if it has been waiting for you all this time.
This is the kind of place you want to return to again and again. ❤“

Will definitely be going back as much as possible!“

Humble, genuine, loving, compassionate, powerful, and skilled -- all of them. Make Matiz part of your wellness journey and practice. I highly recommend them! By the way, my massage helped me release stored and generational energy/trauma, and the added bonus -- no more physical pain.“

The welcoming atmosphere, largely fostered by the predominantly female clientele, and the dedicated instructors, who consistently make each session valuable, are truly commendable. The positive energy and vibrant ambiance are palpable, and the staff's expertise and attentiveness to member well-being, evidenced by the provision of towels and cleaning supplies for workout stations, are greatly appreciated. 23351 Madero #120, Mission Viejo“My son has been attending Novastar Martial Arts in Mission Viejo for 3 years, and our experience has been truly excellent. This is a very professional martial arts school with instructors who really care about the students and their progress.
What I appreciate the most is that they don’t just teach karate; they also help kids build discipline, confidence, respect, focus, and self-defense skills in a very positive environment. My son has grown so much since he started here.
I also had the opportunity to take classes myself for a while, and it was a fantastic experience. I had to stop because of my schedule, but they offer very convenient class times for both kids and adults.
Their prices are very fair, the staff is professional, and they also organize extra activities, events, and tournaments that keep the students motivated and excited to continue learning.
I highly recommend Novastar Martial Arts to any family looking for karate classes, martial arts training, self-defense classes, and a supportive place for kids to grow in Mission Viejo.
I’m also sharing a few photos because this place has been an important part of my son’s growth and confidence over the last 3 years.“

3943 Portola Pkwy, Irvine“I came to this studio and purchased the two-week unlimited trial, and it was honestly such a great value. I was able to try a bunch of different classes and get a feel for what I liked.
I hadn’t practiced yoga in several years, so I was a little nervous about getting back into it, but the studio is incredibly welcoming. I’ve taken several beginner classes with different instructors, and all of them offer helpful modifications, which I really appreciate
I’ve especially love the restorative yoga / sound bath with Annalisa—it’s been such a calming, grounding experience.
After finishing the trial, I decided to keep coming, and I’m really glad I did. It’s been really meaningful for me to get back into yoga, and I’m so happy to have found this place.“

I recommend trying classes with all of the instructors they each bring their own unique gifts and perspectives to the practice.“
6AM - 8PM
34700 Pacific Coast Hwy UNIT 205, Capistrano Beach“Walking into Pacific Ashtanga yoga shala feels like stepping into a space where tradition, discipline, and genuine community all come together in a powerful way.
What sets this shala apart is Diana (owner) and its deep respect for the integrity of the Ashtanga lineage while still making the practice accessible and welcoming. The teaching is precise, intentional, and rooted in a real understanding of breath, bandha, and drishti, not just going through the motions, but guiding students toward a more meditative and transformative experience.
The Mysore-style environment is especially exceptional. There’s a quiet energy in the room, focused, supportive, and deeply personal. Each student is met exactly where they are, with thoughtful adjustments and guidance that feel both safe and elevating. You can tell the teachers are not just instructors, but dedicated practitioners who embody what they teach.
Beyond the physical practice, there’s a strong sense of sangha. Whether you’re new to Ashtanga or have been practicing for years, you feel welcomed into something meaningful, a space that encourages consistency, humility, and growth.
If you’re looking for a place to deepen your practice, build discipline, and connect to something more than just a workout, this shala is truly special.“
“I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Active Motion Physical Therapy. Before starting the home therapy, my father was bedridden and unable to sit upright on his own. After completing therapy, he can now sit up in bed independently and has even regained the ability to walk with the help of a walker. We simply stay by his side for support, especially considering his age of 86. Our therapy goals were successfully met. I also appreciate that their services are among the most affordable we've found—something especially important, as elderly care can be quite costly. Once again, thank you. Your dedication to your profession is deeply appreciated.“
