The small classes are great, they accommodate exercises to avoid injury and have something for everyone based on ability. I have recently had shoulder surgery and am back after 2 weeks because of their ability to accommodate me. It has become a pseudo-family for those of us who go.”

The owner Kim was incredibly kind and helpful, explaining everything in detail from pricing to parking and how the classes work, which made the whole experience feel so comfortable. Everyone there was welcoming, and I wish I lived closer so I could come more often. Highly recommend!”
