This is the absolute best yoga community and experience I have ever encountered. Words cannot even begin to express how transformational and important this space has been for me. Every single person and every single detail is welcoming, kind, genuine, empowering, and uplifting. So many things to say about this amazing studio, the class flows are well designed so that you can try new, challenging movements, lots of them involve balance so I feel more agility. The cues that Kim gives are so helpful for improving your form. After class I always feel grounded, well stretched and worked out, a beautiful combination. The studio is a peaceful yoga setting!!! Ambient lighting, beautiful music and the interior has a natural vibe. This is a great yoga studio, love the classes, and the instructors are so kind. Highly recommend.
I’ve been practicing yoga at this unique studio for a little over a month now and can’t express my gratitude towards Kim and the wonderful team at Caffe Yoga for welcoming me and guiding me through my well-being and healing journey. I feel great during every session I attend and I am very grateful for how much I’ve learned this far and for the positive changes I’ve noticed in my body, mind, and soul.
