I absolutely love this studio! I Heart Yoga in Dana Point has such a welcoming, peaceful vibe from the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly care about helping you grow in your practice—whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced.
The classes are well-paced and thoughtfully designed, with just the right balance of challenge and relaxation. I always leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and more centered. The space itself is clean, calming, and beautifully set up, which makes the whole experience even better.
I was in town for the weekend and always look for heated group fitness classes when I travel. I found IHeartYoga and loved it so much after my first class that I booked another one the very next day!
The strength class was challenging in the best way—exactly what I was looking for. The next day I took a Vinyasa yoga class and it was just as good. The instructors were great, the people were friendly and welcoming, and the room was the perfect warm temperature to really get a good sweat in.
I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.
The instructors, Danielle, Marissa, and Maggie, are consistently kind, capable, and genuinely invested in each student’s growth. Maggie, in particular, has a rare ability to challenge and support at the same time — she somehow knows exactly when to nudge you a little further and when to help you find calm in the middle of all that effort.
Her adjustments are subtle but incredibly effective; they make me feel more confident exploring my own limits without pushing beyond what feels right.
