I came to this studio and purchased the two-week unlimited trial, and it was honestly such a great value. I was able to try a bunch of different classes and get a feel for what I liked.
I hadn’t practiced yoga in several years, so I was a little nervous about getting back into it, but the studio is incredibly welcoming. I’ve taken several beginner classes with different instructors, and all of them offer helpful modifications, which I really appreciate
I’ve especially love the restorative yoga / sound bath with Annalisa—it’s been such a calming, grounding experience.

I have been very impressed with this studio and the staff. Every single person who is at the front desk welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel as though you're part of the yoga family. I also am impressed with the owners - both Allison and Katie - who are both warm and welcoming but more importantly, know their craft. Business owners who run an efficient business but also provide expertise in their craft is a rare gem.
What a sweet little studio! I visited BTC for the first time this week and took a vinyasa flow class with Allison. I’ve been practicing yoga off and on for the last 13 years and we did postures I’ve never done before in her class. I walked out feeling grateful that there’s always something new to learn in yoga. The studio space is comfortable, the students were all friendly (a reflection of the studio’s values) and the mats available for use are grippy and high quality.
