This yoga studio is amazing, because of the owner, Megan Bello.She is extremely knowledgeable, weaves demos and practices together very expertly. Megan has deep insight into anatomy and will adjust every yoga pose to your specific needs. Better than physical therapy, lots more humor in it!!!!Highly recommend!The best Iyengar influence I have experienced. I am a yoga teacher myself for decades and continue to learn from Megan.

Megan Bello, owner and teacher of OC Yoga has saved me! I have practiced yoga with wonderful teachers in very good studios for years. After a hip replacement in 2018 my knees slowly began to give out due to osteoarthritis. I was told by a doctor I was approaching the time I would need both my knees replaced. I have had shots and physical therapy and still needed pain relief. They helped, but only a little. I joined OC Yoga January 2022 in pain and walking with a limp. My legs had bowed and become disfigured from arthritis. Six months later, because of Megan's deep knowledge and excellent instruction, I walked my daughter down the aisle to be married without a limp. One...read full review
