“I cannot recommend Lice Free Clinics - Concord enough. After using another service that ultimately failed, the wonderful women at Lice Free Clinics were able to get me in immediately and took care of my family and me. They were lovely and positive and helped alleviate concerns I had. I called for another head check about a week and a half later because I felt my head was itchy - and they fit me in on a day when they were pretty fully booked. I hope I don't have to deal with lice again, but if I do, Luce and her team will be my first call. They are amazing at what they do, and they are lovely humans on top of the excellent service they provide.“

“DR HOANG IS MY SAVING GRACE. As a Kaiser patient I have felt neglected in the respect of my eye care. They don’t care about you and you’re only a number. But not with Dr Hoang. Not only is she a lovely person that’s easy to get along with , Dr Hoang actually cares about her patients. And not just your eyes. Your overall health too because it has an effect on your vision. “I've been coming here for maybe 2 months or so on a weekly basis for IV Glutathione + Vitamin C push injections. The office environment is serene, yet the staff is very efficient. The service is top notch, from the receptionist/medical assistant to both doctors. They've been very helpful with any medical questions related to the injection. This has been the only thing so far, among many things I've tried, to feeling even marginally better with my Hashimoto Thyroid and fibromyalgia issues. Street parking is easy most of the time and I sometimes park in the residential areas. Hope to have another update as I start to feel better consistently.“

When I had the same surgery six months ago it took me six weeks to recover. With Hopkins it took me two days and I feel like a new person. She is patient and the best optician my husband and I have ever been fortunate to work with. I had several different glasses (Computer Glass, Progressive Reading Glasses (2 styles) and a back up for each. Two different sunglasses - Progressive (and backups for each). We had to wait a little longer than usual for our appointment as there was an emergency that called our doctor away. Regardless, once we were seen, the experience couldn’t have been any better. They asked if we had questions multiple times and followed up anytime we weren’t clear. While it may be a long drive, it was totally worth it. “This place is so amazing. My dad is currently a patient here and he looks HEALTHY and HAPPY. Almost like he is in a resort. He made friends fast. He definitely didn't look happy and healthy at Memorial Hospital in Modesto or the VA hospital in Mathers. Both these hospitals didn't do anything for him. They just sent him home and did not fix his issues. Here at the VA hospital in Martinez , they care about their patients. This includes the nursing staff down to the housekeepers. They have a pool table, dining area for the patients and visitors. Plus we watched the football game while having lunch with my dad. Everyone here is amazing. Puts a big smile on my face and heart to see my dad happy.“

“I showed up 30 minutes early because they said there might be pre-lab things. It turned out there were not. After checking in at the automated kiosk, my wait to see a receptionist was only five minutes, and maybe 10 minutes after that before I was seen by a tech to draw my blood. I didn't even feel it and I know he took four vials. Excellent job Kaiser!“
