“I found Raise the Wuff while searching for a fear free dog groomer who is known for handling anxious dogs. I am so happy to have found them and lucky they had a cancellation for soon after I first contacted them. Charity was timely and very courteous and professional. My dog is a nervous girl usually with grooming but Charity made her feel safe and comfortable. Maple is not as nervous/shaky as she has been in the past coming home from the groomers and she looks great!

“Wow! This is the most professional and amazing groomer we have ever been to. After a lifetime of going to the groomer every two weeks our 15 year old Malshi suddenly decided she does not tolerate groomers anymore. She is going deaf and blind and is just having a hard time, so long story short we have been trying to find a new groomer that could cater to her spicy senior demeanor. We saw a video of Logan the groomer grooming a spicy dog on social media and immediately made an appointment same day. To say we were relieved and impressed would be an understatement. Beginning to end, booking to pick up the experience was 100/10. The staff is so kind and patient. They took the time to go over our senior's quirks before the appointment and by some miracle were able to groom her completely. They did a wonderful job and she didn't seem stressed at all upon pick-up. Will be back and highly recommend for senior dogs needing special care.“

“I am a new customer and they chose to give my dog individual playtime for his two day stay. They sent me a daily report telling me how was doing. It sounded like he was having fun! They even included several pictures of him with the staff during his stay.
Overall I think my dog loved his stay here. He will be going again soon while I go on vacation.

“We tried a new dog daycare today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bruno had his trial day and it went so well. From the moment we arrived, he seemed comfortable and at ease, which says a lot because he can sometimes be a little hesitant in new environments. Dr. Hanks is kind, thorough, and truly cares about his patients. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident about Sheeva’s procedure, answering all my questions with patience and compassion. The staff was so warm and attentive, and I could tell Sheeva was in the best hands possible.

The communication was clear that they were busy and I did not feel neglected nor did our appointment time run too long. After my cat went over the bridge, I was petless until recently when I adopted a lovely male labradoodle. True to the great service I received previously with my cat, they welcomed Doc with great service and many scratches. Still a great vet hospital, and Dr. G is still the best.

I was referred to BVH when my previous vet's office closed, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything is explained in detail, and the Dr. my cat sees is great with cats. Mine is a brat, but Dr. Gunderson is able to calm her right down. She is thorough and informative, and very interested in the well being of her furry patients. The fact that she has a number of her own cats helps, I'm sure. Very impressed with both the care and the ease with which I can schedule an appointment. Thanks BVH staff.“

“Yesterday was my first time using Doggo wash down by Mission Bay. It was nice to see four separate stalls, along with small enclosed areas for the dogs. The price was a little high for a do it yourself wash, but the machine I used worked fine. Very handy following a visit to fiesta Island.“

“I’ve brought both my dogs to Angel. The first experience was with my Coco who is considered a reactive dog so I was nervous about her behavior. After five minutes into our first meet not only did Angel calm me down he calm Coco down in such a compassionate way.
