“Have been brining by pup here for 3 years. Sammi and the staff are great. You can tell they truly love their clients. They always greet Teddy so warmly. Appointments are reliable - I always get a text + reminder, and flexibility to book appointments / go on waitlists is well-managed. On a couple occasions I've asked to have the cut trimmed a bit tighter in certain areas and I've always been invited to come in ASAP to address. The shop is very cute - retail items + I love that the dogs are not kept in the back - there are small kennels + a communal "waiting area" for clients. Seems like they don't overbook, either - i.e. there aren't a ton of pups waiting, which gives me peace of mind. My pup is usually ready in 1-2 hours. Highly recommend!“

“I used Finest City Dog Training (Jessica is AMAZING) for my new puppy. She referred me to Shannon for pet sitting. I had to go out of town for four days, and my Pup was only four months old, I almost canceled…. Until I met Shannon! We had a meet and greet and I could immediately tell she was a very loving dog person! My puppy stayed with her for four days. I received pictures and a report each day, he had a fabulous time! Shannon brought him in to her home and treated him like a part of her family. It was very comforting knowing that he was in good hands while I was so far away, I will definitely use her again and again and again!“

“Update: We’ve continued to use bark park since our first incident and I’m happy to report that everything has gone well and we haven’t had an issue with our dogs. We make sure to verify that they will be housed separately and they have. I would recommend this place to anyone, just be sure to verify any special requests.Original Post:The staff is friendly. The housing seems good but we were told that our dogs would be housed in separate kennels. We asked them at drop off that it’s a must. They said it would be done. They did not follow the directions and housed them together. Sure enough they fought and one of our dogs came home with a gash on his head. Disappointed to say the least. Might give them another chance and update my review. Just stating the truth“
