We started using them as a way to get out all that puppy energy and we have stuck around because of the amazing care they provide. Dog Days is always a safe reliable place for my dogs to spend their time when I am going to be out of town or out of the house for the whole day. The staff there truly love dogs and do such a great job making sure that all the pups are well loved, exercised, and monitored for the entire day. Their staff are also just such incredible resources for all dog related questions. “From the second my puppy and I came in today for our appointment Kelly was very gentle with my nervous dog as this was her first time getting professionally groomed. I also made a mistake of messing up the times and I came 30 minutes early and she still took my doggy right in. “I recently brought my cat, James, to this veterinary hospital for a heart scan after he was diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur. At the very beginning, there was a small hiccup with scheduling — I was told I would receive a call back, and after a few days I hadn’t heard anything. From that point on, the care and communication were exceptional. The team was extremely apologetic about the delay and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. They followed up before and after the appointment, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

She went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience and genuinely made up for that initial misstep. “Mo is absolutely amazing with both of our dogs. One of them is a senior who hates getting her nails done and the other is special needs and can get anxious, but Mo always takes extra good care of them and makes sure they feel safe and comfortable.

I also love that he only takes one dog at a time so they never have to sit around and wait. His prices are very affordable and he is always so quick without ever rushing the care.

Mo truly takes dogs of all needs and ages and is incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. It was so hard for me to find a groomer willing and able to work with my distemper survivor, but I am beyond grateful that I found Mo and I am never looking back.“
