The team at Rose Canyon always goes above and beyond for my pets. If I could give them more than
five stars, I would! My dog has seen Dr. Hanks for a couple years now and he's always been very caring and knowledgeable about her issues. I also brought in a new puppy for a wellness check and the puppy felt instantly comfortable around him and the rest of the vet techs. Their pricing is also very transparent and fair. I also love their business hours as it's easy to make an appointment and get seen after a typical work day or weekends.
The vets and team at Rose Canyon are absolutely amazing and true professionals. They truly care and went out of their way to care for French bulldog who needed an ear hematoma surgery. They did an incredible job on the surgery in every way possible. We are very particular about our little guy and we had no concerns what so ever after meeting the vet and staff.
I brought my pug in for a checkup, and from the front desk to the vet tech and then Dr Hanks we were treated as if we were VIPs.
Dr Hanks sat on the floor with us as we discussed the growth on Poppy's gums.. allowing her to sniff and kiss him! He came up with a reasonable affordable game plan that has solved the problem!
