“Update: We’ve continued to use bark park since our first incident and I’m happy to report that everything has gone well and we haven’t had an issue with our dogs. We make sure to verify that they will be housed separately and they have. I would recommend this place to anyone, just be sure to verify any special requests.Original Post:The staff is friendly. The housing seems good but we were told that our dogs would be housed in separate kennels. We asked them at drop off that it’s a must. They said it would be done. They did not follow the directions and housed them together. Sure enough they fought and one of our dogs came home with a gash on his head. Disappointed to say the least. Might give them another chance and update my review. Just stating the truth“

We're especially happy with Wendy because she takes care of our 15 yr. old, Bailey. She's so patient with him! Consistently our dogs come home looking and smelling great!“

“Editing to add they reached out to reimburse and I really appreciate them fixing the inconvenience!I'm actually really disappointed with the lack of decent customer service after they lost my dogs harness. They promised to call or text with an update but after a week(I was on vacation) of nothing I reached out and the first sentence in their response was "im just not sure he came in with one"... ??? I handed him over to who i believe is the owner by his leash attached to a harness! When I picked him up after grooming I had to walk out with his leash attached to the bandana they put on him-absolutely not ideal with a high energy doodle. I fully accept things happen and intended to replace it on my own but no apology or consideration that they lost a customer item and probably no real intent to look for it is just rude and unacceptable customer service. In the same response she said they had just turned the place over looking for another collar that was lost and found nothing. I guess this was her way telling me mine would of came up while they looked for someone else's yet she also asked me to remind her how ours looked which tells me mine wasnt looked for in the first place.“

“Have been brining by pup here for 3 years. Sammi and the staff are great. You can tell they truly love their clients. They always greet Teddy so warmly. Appointments are reliable - I always get a text + reminder, and flexibility to book appointments / go on waitlists is well-managed. On a couple occasions I've asked to have the cut trimmed a bit tighter in certain areas and I've always been invited to come in ASAP to address. The shop is very cute - retail items + I love that the dogs are not kept in the back - there are small kennels + a communal "waiting area" for clients. Seems like they don't overbook, either - i.e. there aren't a ton of pups waiting, which gives me peace of mind. My pup is usually ready in 1-2 hours. Highly recommend!“

“This was Arie’s first time at The Dog Society and the four hour assessment. We knew that initially she would be shy/timid but per the staff after about 20 minutes she began to warm up to the rest of the pack. Best of all she was very tired once she got home! We plan on having Arie use both daycare and overnight stays.“

“I did lots of research before we chose a salon for our 6 month old Goldendoodle. After reading tons of reviews, we went with suds n pups! Really amazing groomers! Everyone was so kind and loving with my dog, I felt comfortable leaving her in their care. She's happy, calm and well taken care of! I have a giant breed dog and it is near impossible to wash her at home. They take care when cutting nails and pay attention to details such as skin issues and allergies... I definitely recommend brining your pets here!“

“I highly recommend Kensington Veterinary Hospital for your pets care.Since my chocolate lab (Jake) was a puppy (2009) and for his entire life, the incredibly caring and competent veterinarians and staff at Kensington Vet have been overseeing his health and well being and did a truly wonderful job. He made it to 15 years old and with the good guidance of Kensington Vet, was a happy and healthy pup for all of those years.Throughout his time there, he saw most every doctor at Kensington Vet including Dr. Gossard, Dr. Seitz, Dr. Unger, Dr. Valdez and Dr. Mason. They were all so kind, gave him lots of love and the best care you could ask for (even if that meant recommending that we see a specialist elsewhere).For his last 5 years or so, he mostly saw Dr. Gossard as she also does the acupuncture treatments (which really helped with his arthritis). Her incredible kindness and caring bedside manner felt like Jake was as much her dog as he was ours. You can’t ask for more than that from your vet.I also really appreciated the fact that over his lifetime they didn’t oversell or overprescribe for his care. They would always layout options and give us recommendations (mostly from a holistic perspective), which I really appreciated as other vets often overprescribe. Thankfully, Jake was rarely medicated until his last year or so when he needed it to manage pain.Dr. Gossard and her entire staff are one of the big reasons why my pup lived a happy and healthy life to the ripe old age of 15 and I’m so grateful to them for that. I recommend Kensington Vet with my highest praise and when I’m ready for my next dog, they will definitely be my veterinarian of choice.“
