Karen was a God’s send for both Bruno and I. Even though she couldn’t board Bruno herself, she went out of her way to make sure both Bruno and myself were in a comfortable situation. We hired Wags Away to walk our dogs while kids were too sick for Mom to leave the house. Karen was so understanding, prompt, professional, and kind. I know my dogs loved her too because of how excited they were to see her again in the morning. I would not hesitate to hire Karen again and will highly recommend her to family and friends.
