“Went to Vetco was totally amazed! Dr. CAMILA DE Andino is kind, sweet and personable. She got on the floor with my old dog and gave her a hug they treated me and my dog so well! I'm super thankful my vet started raising prices so high ... I was forced to go to vetco. Best vet ever! Reception was kind. Vet tech was amazing. The office is clean. People stop by to say hello. Good vibes and an all around A+++++ I highly recommend taking you pets there!“

These ladies always take care of our dog Jefferson and somehow turn him from “just rolled through a bush” into a respectable member of society again. They’re always happy, super attentive, and his hair comes out looking right every time…which is saying a lot because doodle hair is no joke.

They’re also on point with timing. Drop him off, pick him up when they say, no guessing games.

“I recently brought my cat, James, to this veterinary hospital for a heart scan after he was diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur. At the very beginning, there was a small hiccup with scheduling — I was told I would receive a call back, and after a few days I hadn’t heard anything. I ended up reaching out via email, and once I did, everything completely turned around.

From that point on, the care and communication were exceptional. The team was extremely apologetic about the delay and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. They followed up before and after the appointment, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Justine, who took incredible care of me and James. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience and genuinely made up for that initial misstep. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier.

“Not the cheapest place but they do good work, can do unscented treatments and my wife that has bad allergies. They do de-shed our dog so he doesn't shed all over the house and the grooming enables my wife's to cuddle our 90 pound monster.“

“I’ve taken 4 dogs now to Golden Dog…SO PLEASED! We just moved back to Bonita/South Bay in November, and so I had been looking for a Groomer and took my boy and Girl and then two of my girls puppies. Jake and staff are amazing. Thorough, attentive, You can tell they really care about the animals they’re servicing. We had tried another groomer recommended here in Bonita and both my boy and girl had nicks and cuts on their skin from getting shaved too close and the cut/style was just not that great. They create a comfortable environment for the girls and are always so sweet. I usually give them a full groom every 3 months ( we’re not afraid to go short because we’re active girls) they do an incredible job and the grow out is sooo cute!“
