It came to getting a new toilet in which the problem was solved. Although it was a big problem at the end it was all nicely fixed. “I was referred to a friend in Corona who had used Wrench RePipe for a slab leak that flooded their house. The were very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship with a reroute that was needed to bypass the leak that was in their house foundation.Our water heater was leaking and flowing water that was starting to flood my garage! Although they’re located in Riverside they were happy to help with an emergency service of our hot water heater in Menifee, just a bit south of Perris.. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with information, and text communication with an accurate eta when they were finishing up their previous job. They did a beautiful job! I wish we had know they were water heater and tankless specialists when I had my problem with my water heater pilot light last year when our water heater wouldn’t stay lit.They also had valuable recommendations on soft water systems and will save us at least half on the upgrade to our whole house water filter system! I was happy they didn’t try to upsell us on a new water filtration treatment system. They are also able to repair and service neatly every brand of soft water and reverse osmosis drinking water systems.I would definitely recommend Wrench Repipe to anyone looking for great work and a reliable, high skilled and professional plumber.Service: Water heater installation“

“When the 17-year-old AC unit that I purchased from Avis Heating/AC, now Service Champions quit working I called them for repair. They diagnosed the problem as a compressor fan issue and estimated the cost of repair as $1550.00. However, they said the fan motor was unavailable for a week and a half. They suggested I consider purchasing a new unit. But refused to provide an estimate.I called Ballard Heating/AC for a second opinion. They also diagnosed the problem as a compressor fan issue. They had the part on their truck and got my AC up and running for the same $1550 and they also suggested I consider purchasing a new unit. They provided me with a quote on the spot which was Monday and promised installation the following Wednesday and offered to deduct the $1550.00 from the cost of the new unit. Thereby allowing me air conditioning in the interim. I now have a new Carrier AC unit in my home.This is my first time using Ballard Heating/AC and replacing an aging AC unit in the middle of summer is a major expense and issue. I found them to be competitively priced, very accommodating, and especially upfront and honest, promises were made and promises were kept.“
