After months of extremely high water bills and not being able to figure out what's going on Dale came to the rescue. He was thorough and knowledgeable and figured out the problem within 10 minutes. He had all the equipment and the resources to assess the problem. He even recommended that I call the water company to change my tier back to what it used to be and was able to get a credit. Would absolutely recommend IELD and wish I would have called sooner.
