“I worked with Mike to setup a split unit a/c system a couple of months ago and he did a great job. He was very communicative and explained my options very thoroughly before the actual install. 6 months later and the unit is still working as expected. I also had a heating issue with my existing a/c unit and Juan was the technician sent out to help. It turns out the original wiring was done incorrectly but Juan patiently worked through the issue and made sure that the we got the heat back up and running. It was a lot of work but he was dedicated to make sure we were comfortable in our home.“

When I called to make the appt, Kelsey was patient & kind, and explained the different sizes of unit that may work for us. She recommended two, in particular, which the technician brought with him. The Tech Ivan was very thorough And knowledgeable. Finished quickly cleaning the filter system that hadn't Be thoroughly cleaned within 20yrs Great Carrier brand and model to have that shelf life. “I purchased a complete Rainsoft water treatment system from Lifetime Solutions. In my area, the water is very hard, with lots of chlorine and a very high TDS count. The system was installed 22 months ago. Now my water is amazing - soft water with absolutely no chlorine, and the TDS is within the excellent range, below 50 ppm. In 22 months, I've only had 1 service request. My issue was resolved in 48 hours. I couldn't be happier with Rainsoft's products & Lifetime Solutions' service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.“
