This was my first experience at this veterinarian and I must say I was extremely pleased with the staff and the veterinarian surgeon. I would however recommend purchasing pet insurance as these experiences Can be extremely expensive and we love our pets.“
“I can not say enough great things about Dr. Furman and his staff. My family and I were desperate to get our sweet dog's tongue mass removed as it was growing extremely fast and was limiting her eating and breathing. Dr. Furman's staff was able to not only get us in right away but Dr. Furman himself was able to do the surgery the next day following the consultation. The surgery went great and our Sammy has been a happy dog ever since!“

“Love this clinic ! Everyone is so sweet and attentive. It seems like the doctors really care about each dog genuinely. They're also very careful and instructive in teaching the owners knowledge about their dogs. The doctors suggested getting shots early in the day to prevent any reactions close to closing time. They also followed up and texted me the next day asking how Chloe was feeling ! Super pleased with my experience and will continue coming here“

From being able to text the wonderfully friendly staff for appointments, to being able to connect with doctors (with one making an appointment to ask a question) to their rewards system and membership program, this clinic is great. You can feel their care and concern in their bedside manner. My most recent experience was with Dr Glore and while explaining new information to me she stopped along the way and asked me if anything needed clarifying and if it made sense. She offered the continue the conversation at anything if needed since it was a lot of new news for me. I just really want to commend this staff.. it’s hard to find caring and dedicated people, and there is a clinic full at Irvine valley!“
“I got my cat spayed here and everything about my experience was perfect. They were very attentive towards my cat and made sure to get all her records from other vet offices and make sure she was up to date with all shots needed. The surgery went well and she healed perfectly. Highly recommend this location, especially if you need to get your pet to the vet on short notice.“

“I've been to a few VCAs and willingly picked this one as my main vet for all 3 of my cats after seeing how much they seem to care. Dr. Chen is understanding and has experience with shelters which I really appreciate. He has seen my cats for everything from ringworm to FLUTD to now my oldest cat fracturing a fang. They always take the time to thoroughly explain their findings and potential diagnosis and next steps and I always feel like they care about my cats. Other nearby VCAs have a calmer or bigger interior or a better parking situation but they just don't feel quite as caring in my opinion. They understand the difficulties of a sick pet and work with you on that.“

“Over the weekend we brought our 4 month old Corgi to Pacific CARE and discovered she had Parvo. (Whaaat?!) I would not wish this diagnosis on any dog owner. We had no idea how very serious and potentially fatal it is. From our first call to the facility, the night staff at PC were SO understanding and made it easy to follow their explanations - especially in our concerned state. The Dr. carefully explained our dog's condition and treatment options. EVERYONE there was so supportive and we felt cared for, and that has continued a couple of days later. We have been so grateful to find PC, especially in this difficult time. Definitely they are "go to" and we confidently recommend. Thank you Pacific CARE staff.“
