Over the weekend we brought our 4 month old Corgi to Pacific CARE and discovered she had Parvo. (Whaaat?!) I would not wish this diagnosis on any dog owner. We had no idea how very serious and potentially fatal it is. From our first call to the facility, the night staff at PC were SO understanding and made it easy to follow their explanations - especially in our concerned state. The Dr. carefully explained our dog's condition and treatment options. EVERYONE there was so supportive and we felt cared for, and that has continued a couple of days later. We have been so grateful to find PC, especially in this difficult time. Definitely they are "go to" and we confidently recommend....read full review
My dog was sick and it was time to provide comfort for my dog on the last hours of her life. Yes it was hard as a dog owner of a 16 yrs old dog, she was my baby. The staff helped me throughout my emotional time saying goodbye and preparing my dog. The staff is professional and the service was great. Reviews talk about the costs- and YES please do your research before getting services for your pet, but their rates were not too off from other vet offices, as the customer please always ask for costs so you don't feel blindsided. Pet care costs money. All I can say is they were professional and provided the services we needed.
Wow! Pet care at its finest. Went with my friend for her little doggie. Techs and vetenarian were superb. While we knew the prognosis was not going to be good for pup pup, we were reassured and given excellent explanation on the options. The doggie cardiologist gets 10 gold stars for being a sweet soul. Bless his heart.
