“Brookfield took care of our dog after he was attacked by a lose dog in our neighborhood. They took him in immediately and provided great care. The vet was compassionate and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The next day I received a follow up email first thing in the morning asking how he was doing. And then throughout the day the office was in communication with me by email because they wanted to be sure he was eating. It meant a lot to me.“

Despite this, I decided to proceed, hoping to get reassurance about my dog's behavior, as she wasn't eating. When I arrived at the clinic, the vet examined my coneheaded furry friend and, to my relief, assured me that everything was okay. What pleasantly surprised me was that the vet waived the revisit fee.This experience showcased a significant improvement in my perception of the clinic. It demonstrated their commitment to the well-being of the animals they treat, showing that they prioritize the care of pets over financial gains.
