“Love this clinic ! Everyone is so sweet and attentive. It seems like the doctors really care about each dog genuinely. They're also very careful and instructive in teaching the owners knowledge about their dogs. The doctors suggested getting shots early in the day to prevent any reactions close to closing time. They also followed up and texted me the next day asking how Chloe was feeling ! Super pleased with my experience and will continue coming here“

“I've been to a few VCAs and willingly picked this one as my main vet for all 3 of my cats after seeing how much they seem to care. Dr. Chen is understanding and has experience with shelters which I really appreciate. He has seen my cats for everything from ringworm to FLUTD to now my oldest cat fracturing a fang. They always take the time to thoroughly explain their findings and potential diagnosis and next steps and I always feel like they care about my cats. Other nearby VCAs have a calmer or bigger interior or a better parking situation but they just don't feel quite as caring in my opinion. They understand the difficulties of a sick pet and work with you on that.“

“Our family have been going to this office for a few years now and I have to say that they are all from the Doctors and Staff are all wonderful. Our first visit was an emergency and from day one we were sure to always return. That’s how much we trust them. They’re knowledgeable and help you understand each course of treatment for our furbabies. They’re helpful in getting us a faster appointment during emergencies. They are compassionate and you can feel that they are animal lovers. After losing our Sparky they’ve been very attentive and thoughtful with remembering her. We are so touched.
