Great office staff, Dr. Summers is super easy to work with, she listens to the needs of your pet and doesn’t try and over sell treatments you really don’t need. I recommend Stonecreek for all your pets.
You'll notice our recent rescue looking away and not wanting to let the tech do work on her, they called me back and asked for help, and we eventually decided to not do it. It might sound like a negative, but I really appreciate someone who is willing to give up the procedure money and agree that we're not going to stress out our recently rescued pup to force her into it. A mechanic is good when they tell you you don't need work done, and a vet is good when they tell you your dog isn't comfortable with the procedure, so thanks Stonecreek for putting our dog's needs first. We'll be back!
Very thorough exam. The doctor discussed the options for diagnosis and treatment. We mutually decided what to do first. She left an voice message and sent an email with the test results. They sent a 10 page summary of his visit in case he needed emergency treatment over the weekend.
