“Let me start by saying that I was impressed from the start . It was easy to make an appointment, they were friendly and informative. The day of the appointment I got a reminder text which I loved.. was not sure how I would feel about not being able to go in with him but when we got there we called and they went over my concerns and came out and got Rocco .. our fur baby is only 8wks old . So once he was seen dr called and went over what she recommended we were able to get all that we wanted for him and more. I was not only extremely happy with their customer service but they care about the fur babies. And you can tell. Thank you VCA Orange“
“I love the alternative medicine aspect and the knowledge. It's really to talk to any in person and unless it's changed recently, you still pull up, drop off your pet, and stay in the car. The in person contact is missing. Otherwise an exceptional office.“
“Dr Q is the best vet. He is conservative in his practice and does what the pets need. He saves me money when he can but also makes certain my pets get the right treatment.“

“Dr Moore and Staff are the bomb. Despite how busy they are everyone is so kind. We got our dog dental cleaning here and they took care of an issue that we didn’t even come here for. They went above and beyond. We came from LA and are definitely coming back.“
“They are beyond the most AMAZING vet clinic we've been too. They took care of our 1st dog her entire life til her last days at 15 1/2. They never force or over charge on meds or whatever. Yes some meds or procedures can be pricy but could be worse. They care about their clients & the pets. The docs are very sweet, caring, answer all the questions you have or give suggestions, etc. All the staff are very caring & sweet. Even when animals pass away they make sure people are quiet in respecting others grief. Now they care for my new pup. Villa Park Animal Clinic will always be our vet??“

As a new cat owner of two strays (one friendly, one feral) he was of the outmost help and m deciding what kind of care they needed and considerate of my budget constraints. He and his staff have always been friendly, attentive, and so good with my pets (even when they’ve gotten spicy) I am so appreciative of Dr Lee and his team“
